General Shipping 

Music Corner North offers low price national shipping online on orders under 25kg and no larger than 100cL. Due to these size restrictions, larger, bulkier goods will not be able to ship online through our carrier partners. In this instance, we need to arrange sensitive couriers to deliver which needs to be assessed on a case by case basis.

Bulky and Sensitive Freight 

Music Corner North pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our family of customers which extends well beyond the sales experience. To ensure your new investment reaches you promptly and safely, some larger, more sensitive product is unable to be shipped via our standard shipping methods. If when checking out you receive the following message:

"This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."

Please contact us for accurate and appropriate shipping estimates, or alternatively select free instore pickup if applicable.

Free Local Delivery & Concierge

As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, Music Corner North offers a free concierge service on high end, sensitive and premium product. When purchasing product valued at over $2000 and you are located within 20km of the store, Music Corner North offer a free delivery, installation and setup service in your home; if you are eligible, a free delivery option will appear at checkout. To book your complimentary concierge service, please contact the store on (08) 8258 9366 to arrange a delivery date and time

'In Stock' Products

Music Corner endeavours to keep a wide selection of products in stock in-store as often as possible, however variants such as colours, designs and models do vary from time to time. Due to this, some product on the website may not be immediately available for delivery or pickup and may need to be ordered from one of our local warehouses or direct from our suppliers. When this may have occurred, we will promptly advise and offer to substitute with an alternative colour or model or offer to order for you; where this occurs you will not incur any additional costs to ship. in some cases direct shipping may be available.

'Out of Stock' Products

Unfortunately due to supplier stock and manufacturing delays we may at times experience difficulty procuring specific products. Products which are labelled as 'Call for availability' when checking out are products which are not currently in stock with Music Corner or with our suppliers and as such will be available to either pre-order, or back-order and will be subject to specific lead times.
