Terms & Conditions

Music Corner North represent for your interest and purchase opportunity 1000’s of products online daily and continually works to present ultra-competitive pricing and to be fair in trading and provide prompt service and advice. We intend our stock profile to have the most common goods available at the time of your purchase or incoming for delivery in the immediate future. Every effort will be made to preserve a long term quality relationship with our clients. 

Pricing and Availability

Music Corner North sometimes sells goods below the suppliers suggested Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

Music Corner North will nominate quantities within limited product promotions and will not unfairly bait advertise or intentionally mislead consumers.

Should stock purchased not be available within your required timeframe we may come to agreement on an acceptable delivery date for the original goods purchased, or provide at your behest equal or like products chosen in lieu of the original item(s), or if not completely satisfied we will cheerfully refund the purchase amount in full. Music Corner North do not warrant that all products are in stock all of the time. Listed goods purchased that are found to be or become obsolete shall be immediately refunded.

You may purchase on-line goods over the counter in-store at Music Corner North for the same price. Make mention re the current online Music Corner North Web Cart price to our staff and take up our online offer in-store. You may pre pay online and pickup in store, please check in-store’ availability for pickup prior to purchasing. 

Please note that online pricing and specials, due to the efficient format of online selling, may at times be considerably cheaper than for the same products than at the counter where facilities, utility bills, rent, infrastructure, personalised service and consultation are provided.

Should you have purchased over the counter and within 14 days of purchase found our Web street price offer to be less we will credit you the difference as a store voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Note that should you see our online and store prices differ you are entitled to the lesser of the two price offers. 

All effort is made to have all goods marked at a correct and current price offer. Should product pricing be in error ( for example: below our cost ) or obsolete, Music Corner North Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse and refund in full your cart purchase and payment inclusive of ancillary bank charges. 

Music Corner North does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of information on the website and will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in prices, illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Pictures of products are for illustration only and actual product may differ from the picture shown. Should you require photos, images, and further description of the goods intended to be purchased we are happy to assist. All item descriptions, images, product logos, availability and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. While every attempt has been made to accurately portray the product, some variations may occur.

Product images are for representation only and may not be the actual item purchased, where specifics are sought with regard in particular to fretted instruments’ timber grain patterns, serial numbers, colour nuances and the like it is prudent to ask for exact match photos of the item considered for purchase prior to purchasing.

Seasonal Promotional Campaigns

Music Corner North will occasionally run promotional campaigns offering a fixed discount off supplier RRP in store and online. Promotions are taken off advertised online and in store catalogue pricing as published from sale launch. Promotional codes are valid only on In stock items only and exclude rainchecks, gift vouchers, consignment, second-hand, clearance stock items and items on existing promotions. Due to supplier limitations and shipping costs, some products are excluded from these promotions, where this occurs Music Corner North will make this immediately known and will offer our best deal in lieu. If for some reason a promotional deal fails to apply, please contact for details. Promotional deals cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or retroactively applied to quotes and existing customer holds.

Web Store and Ground Store Pricing Information

Every effort is made to marry ground store pricing as closely as possible to our online advertised pricing. As the website is fluid and can be updated ad-hoc, you may find differences. Please understand ground store costs of consultation, multiple staff, utility bills, rent and huge stock levels necessitate a surcharge that may render the goods dearer than a direct to cart online purchase. We are always negotiable in-store and endeavour to keep the difference minimal. Should you be in-store and have seen online pricing which differs to a price shown in store, please make mention to our personnel. You are always entitled to the lower of the two prices where not part of an unambiguous online-only promotion.

Price Match Policy

Music Corner North are committed to providing the best possible sales experience which includes competitive pricing where possible. As such, should you find a cheaper local price on an in-stock item Music Corner North will endeavour to match pricing provided: 

1. We can verify the current advertised price, including shipping and handling charges; at the time of purchase, and
2. We can verify the current advertised price is based on the current Australian Recommended Retail Price (RRP), as determined by the product distributor; and
3. We can verify that item(s) are identical in every way, including in the same condition (not second-hand, floor stock, end of line, clearance, liquidated or ex-demo stock), currently in stock at an authorised Australian dealer, and produced by the same manufacturer; and
4. Advertised prices will not be honoured if they are found to be published in error.

Shipping

On receipt of cleared payments normally available goods are shipped within 2 working days, or in the case of ordered in goods, 2 days from receiving into the store.  

International orders are not generally available. Please contact Music Corner North directly to find out the availability of this service. Shipping Costs shown do not apply to international orders. 

Post-Purchase Card Owner Verification

Upon receipt of payment for goods, we reserve the right to verify the purchaser as the rightful owner of the credit card on which payment has been made prior to dispatching the goods. A simple process of verification assists in protecting rightful card owners from having stolen card or card details misused fraudulently. We simply require permission to refund a nominal few cents to the purchasing card, and to have the card owner confirm to us the correct refunded amount prior to releasing goods for dispatch. Should you be uncomfortable with this process in any way, we are happy to seek a few general details that assist us in proceeding with the transaction. Please assist us in halting fraudulent card abuse! 

Returns Policy Regarding Sale Items, Special and Custom Orders

Please select carefully when purchasing items on sale or clearance, or are making special or custom orders as unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds, credits or exchanges unless goods are faulty, or an error in ordering has been made by Music Corner.

Repair, Replace, Refund Policy

Music Corner is bound by the conditions outlined in the refund policy but will always work with you to the best of our ability to provide an amicable solution. Where requested, a product may be returned for a refund subject to the following:

1. The product has suffered a major fault and is deemed unrepairable

2. The product is not the product ordered

3. The product does not perform to the Manufacturer’s specifications

If a minor fault has occured, and the goods are deemed repairable, and are within manufacturers warranty period; a repair option will be provided

Where a refund is not valid, Music Corner will offer the option of a store credit or exchange providing the following conditions of return are met.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

1. Items must be returned within 7 days (freight allowing)

2. The original sales docket or tax invoice must accompany the return

3. Items must be returned in original packaging

4. Returns with opened packaging will only be accepted

    a. if the goods are faulty

    b. If any items that Music Corner North Music despatch are damaged in transit

5. Items must have no marks or scratches

6. Any costs incurred in returning items to Music Corner North Music are the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Returned goods are to be exchanged for other items or a store credit will be issued for purchasing other items.

8. Refunds are at the discretion of the manager and prior approval must be obtained before any product is returned.
